SHOW UPDATE
We’re sorry we’ve kept you waiting for so long. We hoped we’d be able to get a new date for the cancelled show of Yellow Days – unfortunately we haven’t succeeded yet. All your tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. We’re still in contact with Yellow Days’ management and we believe the band will come to Prague in 2019. Thanks for your understanding and we apologise for the disappointment. We were looking forward to this one as well.

Yellow Days’ music combines the influences of the soul generation of the past century while his uniqueness fits perfectly with today’s distinctive songwriters such as King Krule, Mac DeMarco or Frank Ocean.

He’s only twenty and already gets compared to best bluesmen such as Ray Charles or Howlin’ Wolf. He successfully connects blues, R&B, jazz or indie rock and in combination with his crooked voice, he creates really iconic music. In his lyrics, he tackles complex issues like depression, anxiety or politics. “I had bouts when I was growing up and I think a lot of people do nowadays. It’s a part of modern life. We’re all so comfortable and settled most of the time that the day to day can become hard,“ he said to NME.

George van den Broek comes from British town Haslemere and performs under the moniker Yellow Days since he was seventeen. He’s released two albums so far – the debut Harmless Melodies (2016) and Is Everything Okay In Your World? last year.
